Visas

A valid passport and visa issued by the US Consulate is required to visit the United States and attend this conference.

This process must be started immediately as it can take several weeks to obtain an appointment, and several more weeks for a visa to be granted, processed and received.

You will need your letter of invitation for this appointment, as well as your travel documents and conference registration.

Registration

Registration forms must be completed with all attendee and guest information to secure invitation.

After registration is received by YSN, an invoice with wire/payment information will be sent via email.

Full payment must be made to confirm attendance.

Congress Costs and Fees

Congress Registration Fee must be paid by no later than Thursday, April 12th.
Early Registration Discount of 108,000 Naira ($300 USD) will be applied if completed by Monday, March 19th.

940,000 Naira ($2600 USD)

Includes: All-conference programs and official events, daily breakfast and lunch, Gala Dinner, transportation and group cultural activities.

Does not include: evening meals, optional excursions, private shopping, private transportation and other personal expenses.
